This newly renovated rustic barn with gorgeous chandeliers is the perfect combination of stylish chic and country charm. Ideal for corporate retreats, incentive travel, family reunions, weddings and more. The Barn welcomes 150 guests for receptions and ___ for seated dinners. A tented outdoor event can accommodate up to 250 guests from early May through early November. Intimate indoor events are available through the winter months.

Our flexible meeting space is conveniently located on the first floor, includes a 550-person ballroom and nine smaller venues for gatherings of various sizes. Modern A/V technology, catering services, and an event staff are on hand. A business center with 24 hour access ensures you stay connected while away from the office. A state-of-the-art fitness center and indoor heated pool invite you to relax and refresh your mind and body. Only two miles from Portland Jetport.

Inn by the Sea is one of the premier oceanfront event venues in Maine. We can accommodate groups of 2 to 150 guests in a variety of locations, from an intimate conference meeting in our beach suites to a large corporate meeting or event on the tented lawn. Our meeting rooms are equipped with technology to accommodate your meeting presentation needs, including drop-down screens, LCD projectors, a fully integrated sound system and high-speed internet, both wired and wireless. And socially conscious travelers will be pleased to know that Inn by the Sea has achieved Green Lodging Certification.

Our historic property offers a private setting for weddings, corporate events, and other special gatherings. Doubling as a dahlia and apple farm, our dahlias bloom in an astonishing array of colors, and our never-spray apples can be found in local ciders and pies. The Maker’s Galley experiential space is available for private and semi-private events for up to 50 people. Your guests will experience Maine as they sip and mingle with floor-to-ceiling views of Casco Bay! Inn on Peaks Island is one of the number one rated venues for private events. We can accommodate seated events of up to 210 guests from May – November, up to 60 guests off season. Our space includes an outdoor tent, ceremony lawn space, four-season cocktail hour patio, and our Bayview indoor event room, all with stunning views of Casco Bay. Our unique island setting provides the perfect location for private celebrations and is just a short 15 minute ferry from Portland.

A Portland Icon! This historic (yet newly renovated) restaurant & bar sits on Commercial Street in Portland. It’s Old Port location makes it a convenient and short walk from many businesses and hotels. We host up to 50 people for meetings and up to 100 guests for other events and parties, such as birthdays, showers, rehearsal dinners, retirements, holidays and corporate gatherings. Exposed brick and historic Portland art add a touch of sophistication to this pub atmosphere. There is a large wooden door separation we can wheel out to those looking for more privacy from the restaurant.
