The Inn By The River sits on a bluff over looking the beautiful Kennebec River, in West Forks, Maine. From the cozy porch you can watch the rafts float down the river and hummingbirds feeding at the flowers all while enjoying a home cooked meal. Our Riverside Pub, open to the public, serves delicious and creative breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, using fresh ingredients from the garden.
Four seasons of fun and relaxation! There is something for everyone, all year long. Although located in the heart of "Raft City, USA" whitewater rafting is not the only fun to had in West Forks. We welcome visitors up here to fish, hunt, boat, hike, mountain bike, and leaf-peep. There are many vistas, summits and waterfalls to explore via foot, ATV, snowmobile, snow shoe and ski. Just steps from our front door is a trail that connects to an extensive system to explore.
